Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How often should I have my home treated for pests?

A: We recommend regular treatments every 2–3 months to keep pests under control year-round. Florida bugs don’t take vacations — neither should your pest protection.

Q: Do I need to leave my home during treatment?

A: Nope! Most of our treatments are family- and pet-friendly. If we’re using stronger products (like for fleas or roaches), we’ll let you know ahead of time if anyone needs to step out for a bit.

Q: Are your products safe for kids and pets?

A: Absolutely. We use EPA-approved products and apply them responsibly. Your family’s safety always comes first.

Q: How long does a pest control treatment take?

A: Usually about 30–60 minutes depending on the size of your home and the type of pest issue we’re treating.

Q: I’m seeing ants again right after my service — is that normal?

A: It can be! Ants may become more visible for a few days after treatment as they move through treated areas. Give it about a week, and you’ll notice them disappear. If not, we’ll come back out at no charge.

Q: What should I do if I see roaches after treatment?

A: A few might pop up at first — that means the treatment is working and flushing them out. If they stick around longer than 7–10 days, give us a call.

Q: Do you treat for termites?

A: Yes! We handle both drywood and subterranean termites with spot treatments, soil treatments, and full-structure options. We’ll inspect first to find the right plan for your situation

Q: How do I schedule a service?

A: Easy — call us, send us an email, or request a callback through our website form. We’ll get you booked fast.

Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

A: No problem. Just give us a quick call or text at least 24 hours in advance.

Q: Do I need to be home for the service?

A: For inside treatments, yes. For exterior-only visits, we can service even if you’re not home — just make sure we have access to the property.

Q: How much does pest control cost?

A: Prices vary depending on the type of pest, size of your property, and frequency of service. We’ll give you a clear, upfront quote — no surprises, no nonsense.

Q: Can you get rid of rodents too?

A: Yes! We trap and remove small rodents, and we partner with a wildlife removal company for sealing entry points and handling larger wildlife. Please note we do not handle sanitation from rodent droppings.

Q: Do you offer contracts or one-time services?

A: We don’t lock you into contracts. We offer flexible service agreements that you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees or hidden charges. You can choose one-time treatments or ongoing maintenance for year-round protection.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, checks, and online payments.

Q: What if my pest problem comes back after treatment?

A: Our services are guaranteed. If the pests return within your warranty period, so do we — free of charge.
