For over 35 years, Randy Bawden has been a noteworthy leader in the Pest Control arena. As the Former General Manager for Brandon Pest Control. Randy has brought with him the fundamentals that made Brandon a household name: Superior service, Innovation, and an expert team with a drive to provide top-tier services. Randy founded Certified Pest Solutions with one thing in mind, family. By committing to customer service rooted in both quality and integrity, he aims to ensure that the families we serve have a restored sense of safety and comfort in their homes. His vision is to see this company not only grow into a household name but to instill a culture of values and leadership to encourage people to become the best they can possibly be all while leading the pest control industry back to taking care of the customers.   

My Story

My greatest accomplishment in this life has been raising my children and watching them become amazing, loving, and productive adults. Now that they are grown and beginning lives of their own, I can focus on growing Certified Pest Solutions using the same fundamentals that we used to grow Brandon Pest Control. 

Our company is founded on great customer service, as without our customers we would not be in business. We strive to provide great service, fantastic prices, and leading the pest control industry back to taking care of customers. 

In 1988, Stuart Herman (former owner) and I took over Brandon Pest Control. We started with just two trucks. We envisioned a pest control company where we could walk down the street, see a customer, and never have to run and hide from them. 

Over the years, we added many employees and I genuinely loved the opportunity to guide them to the better things in life. I love to help people become the best version of themselves. Even after the sale of the company, I still have many of my Brandon employees stay in touch with me, and that means a great deal to me.
